Please Do This First
If you have just joined as a new Member you’ll discover there’s much to learn in order to be able to understand how to use the LETF Leveraged Edge Strategy. If you’re new to TradingView then you need to understand how to use their platform to effectively use the strategy too. You will have a LOT of questions. In some cases the more you learn, the more questions you’ll have. I really enjoy working with Members to help them understand and use the Edge Strategy, but am stretched pretty thin. That means I need to get you up to speed as quickly as possible using pre-prepared materials such as training videos and presentations. It’s important you develop a baseline of knowledge and understanding about TradingView and the Edge Strategy. Until you do, any answers or help I provide you will likely seem incomplete, or certainly not be as meaningful. I hope too that over time we’ll develop a collaborative community of Members who can help each other as well. If you complete these things first, before reaching out with questions about the Edge Strategy, you’ll learn much quicker and your overall experience using the strategy will be much better.
- Use the "Resources" Page for links to learn basics about TradingView
- Go to the "Training" Page and watch 'Getting Started with the Strategy", "Understanding the Strategy Rules" and ""Setup with Best Settings, etc.". I hope to have another video soon on "Using the Strategy" but it's not available yet.
- Download the Best Settings Spreadsheet and the Rules Word document from the "Training" page. Decide if you want to follow the Daily or Weekly strategy version.
- Install the Leveraged Edge Strategy on TradingView layout charts for each symbol you want to follow, using the Best Settings spreadsheet to input initial settings and confirm your setup is accurate based on the backtest Net Profit results.
- Locate on the "Resources" page the TradingView Strategy Tester Explained" and the "Practice Trading for Bar Replay" links and watch each video.
- Join Discord. You'll see a link at the bottom of your Account page for Discord. This is our Member-Only live chat Discord LeveragedEdge server for all active members. Here you can ask questions, introduce yourself to other members, and follow discussions about what other members are doing. Please join as it'll greatly help your experience here.
It’s a lot to do and much to absorb, but if you complete this list you will have a pretty good baseline knowledge of the Edge Strategy. Now the questions you ask will be more pertinent to your situation and the answers you get will provide greater clarity.

Stochastics Lines Fix
I’ve received member reports and questions about an intermittent display issue with the stochastics lines. You may have noticed on some of your charts the stochastics lines will only show through the prior day close at times and not line up with the current last day. I believe this started after I changed our Properties tab default configuration to NOT include checking the box for Recalculate “On Every Tick”. I’ve had it happen too, so I want to explain what’s going on and how to address this issue.

Suggestions
I posted a video on YouTube recently covering “Best Strategies” for trading or investing in LETFs. I thought would help interested people with one or more ways to trade LETFs, become more comfortable with the idea and find one that would work for them. It also leads into the Edge Strategy and shows the differences. I want to update this with more, and hopefully some better, strategies. Before you joined here as a member, were you using a different strategy that might be worthwhile sharing with others? If you know of one that would be worthwhile to share with other traders, please let me know. Just a side note, shortly after releasing the Best Strategies video on YouTube I went back and changed the intro to shorten it and pick up the pace a bit. Then renamed it to begin with 2025 Best Leveraged ETF Strategies.
